We want you to love your Awacool. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you have 90 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund — no questions asked.

How to return: Contact us at Contact@awacool.com with your order number. We'll guide you through the process within 24 hours.

Conditions:

• Item must be returned in its original packaging
• Refund is processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item
• Shipping costs for returns are covered by Awacool
